Top Crazy (or Weird) Gadgets (or vehicle) at CES 2020

At last, CES 2020, happening on 7 – 10 January 2020 at Las Vegas (Las Vegas Baby!!!) coming to the end of it. I must admit, there are tonnes of awesome-eye-sizzling gadgets, and oh yes, cars! We will come to this very soon. Now, before you give a response on why we are covering this story while we are not at Las Vegas. Obvious.

Alienware Concept UFO

Dell has announced a portable gaming PC from Alienware at CES 2020 called the Concept UFO, which looks and functions very similar to a Nintendo Switch. According to a press release:

Concept UFO features an 8-inch screen with 1900×1200 resolution. It also includes detachable controllers, so you can game in a range of modes: as one unit, with controllers attached to the screen; separating the controllers and using the kickstand on a surface to game or stream your favourite show (for example, a table, or a tray on an aeroplane or train); or connect it to an external display and play using the detached controller, or use a mouse and keyboard as you would any other PC.

Although details of its processing power and other specs are currently scarce, the Concept UFO will feature a 10th-gen Intel Core processor and Thunderbolt connectivity, making it much more powerful than Nintendo‘s portable home console. According to the same press release, the company has “spent the last few months testing and enhancing the buttons, the weight, all to strike a perfect balance between performance, ultra-mobility, and battery life.”

Dell also says the UFO will allow users to play AAA PC titles on-the-go and that thousand of hours have been put into producing the controller design and ergonomics in order to deliver “uncompromised” performance.

Mercedes Vision AVTR

Mercedes-Benz has revealed its take on the vehicle as a “living creature” with the Vision AVTR concept, which takes design cues from the sci-fi fantasy film Avatar.

Dubbed the Vision AVTR, the design takes its name not only from the Avatar film it was inspired by, but also stands for “Advanced Vehicle Transformation”.

Hang on there! Don’t the alien in the Avatar movie hate the machine there?

Seriously, do we really need that? A visor attached to the car, equipped with a camera to detect the eye position and sun glare, just for the sole purpose of blocking the sun for the eye. Dude, have you ever heard an existing technology call; Sunglass?

You got to be kidding me! Charmin actually invented a robot which uses technology similar to a robot vacuum, just to deliver a fresh new/spare tissue roll to the owner? By tracking down their Bluetooth location.
Why would you spend your energy and talents to invent this unnecessary robot?

Here’s an obvious possible situation, what if your bathroom door is closed and the door is far from where you are engaging the no.1 business. Nobody is going to be happy eventually.
